Ventilator Bundle Checklist app for iPhone and iPad

This app presents a checklist with the five items of the IHI Ventilator Bundle* for preventing ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP).

According to the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, the greater the adherence to all items included in the bundle, the greater the reduction of VAP.

How to Use:

1. Define the locations of the Institution where the adherence to the bundle will be monitored

2. Perform the checklist daily for all patients on mechanical ventilation

3. Periodically, generate reports to evaluate the percentage of adherence to the elements of the bundle
